Peninsula Park Apartments

Back to list

Part of a major redevelopment effort by the City of East Palo Alto, this complex resulted from a master plan created by BRIDGE and local partner East Palo Alto Community Alliance and Neighborhood Development Organization (EPA CAN DO). To broaden economic diversity in the community, the plan called for a mixed-income approach to creating almost 350 new homes as well as a park. The 200 single-family homes were built by a private developer, and BRIDGE and EPA CAN DO constructed this 129-apartment rental development, which features a swimming pool, clubhouse, and play areas. Peninsula Park Apartments is conveniently located, with retail, restaurants and schools nearby.
